John Lane runs about the most !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . It's for sale. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! Why this on French Friday? Mr. Lane himself adds, " Three liter PRV six with forged pistons and !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Heads ported. Eagle Premier !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Large T-4 turbo. Electromotive management. 3" exhaust stem to stern. She goes like hell." PRV means it's that same v-6 Peugeot helped develop.

That's what the 'P' in 'PRV' means, 'Peugeot'. The 'R', of course, is for another French company as well.

I was about to mention the Renault part but my little daughter made the nastiest smell you have never before in your life smelt and I had to do something about it so I ended at P.

On the rollers with a wayyyyyy too small intercooler we got 504lb/ft at the wheels with 11lbs of boost. I gave it a Powerstroke intercooler for ambient intake air temps and a turbo that was audibly not trying as hard (plus boost came up faster!) for a seat of the pants improvement in power. We then fiddled with mapping + turned boost up to 15lbs for another dramatic change for the better. Keep in mind that at11lbs of boost it was doing things like tearing off all the wheel studs... Breaking axles.... We were swapping axles side to side in service as they would twist in the splines.... This before it got the 9” rear with a spool and Moser 35 spline axles and 5/8” wheel studs... That was the end of breaking “unbreakable” parts in the rear of a Volvo.... Many didn’t believe such things to be true.... We broke things on gravel with gravel tires that just don’t fail on a street car. Good times. The way this one puts power down on gravel needs to be experienced.... The way she shoves you back in the seat... Hanging from the belts under braking.... Entering the turn sideways... Powering out.... Such fun.
Bonkers

Absolutely. Reminds me of Utecht’s Fox-Mustang brutality.
